Osteopathy in Bath, Keynsham, and Chipping Sodbury
Welcome to my osteopathy practices in Bath and the borders of Bristol. I hope you find the information both interesting and informative. Here's a bit about myself by means of an introduction...I have been an osteopath in Bath and Bristol for several years and in all have over 20 years of experience, initially in remedial massage and then osteopathy. My early years of applying the techniques and manipulations acquired during my five year training period have developed into what I believe are gentler, safer and more effective approaches to treatment. In addition to my therapeutic interventions, I find it often helps towards a speedier recovery when a person is willing to actively participate in their own treatment plan and recovery. In this sense our work together is very much a partnership.
Here is some feedback from a recent practice questionaire....
'...I was initially very reluctant to venture into 'alternative medicine' but I have been very happy with the treatment I have received and I certainly feel the benefit. Definitely worth a try!..'
...'Consultations have always been beneficial....I have less stiffness and pain with better mobility and have not had a bad spasm in a long while. I would certainly encourage anyone with a pain problem to give osteopathy a try. There is such a thing as quality of life...'
....'I can thoroughly recommend Terry to anyone to try his osteopathy. He explains why and where my aches and pains occur. I cannot speak too highly of him and his treatment....'
....'A comfortable relaxing treatment...Terrys' magic fingers always make me feel better and usually my problems get better quickly too...'
'...When I first attended for treatment I was in pain in several ways. Now I am free from pain, especially in my back. I am now able to do the things I enjoy doing like walking, garderning etc...'
Here are just some of the common conditions that I often see and find respond well to treatment...

- Neck pain and/or stiffness.
- Neuritis.
- Muscle aches and strains.
- Whiplash.
- Headaches and migraine.
- Shoulder pain.

I have the privelege of working maily from local medical centers on a private basis. This means that if you are looking for an osteopath in the Bath or Bristol area (Batheaston, Weston, Rushill, Keynsham, Saltford, or Chipping Sodbury), there is likely to be a clinic convenient to you! (NB. Osteopathy treatments at the medical centers are open to the general public).
Please take the time to browse the rest of the website for more information. More importantly, if you do have a painful condition there may never be a better time to look after yourself and get an expert opinion! You can book an osteopathy consultation in Bath or Bristol directly with the surgery of your choice or do feel free to contact me by mobile or email if you still have any unanswered questions.
Best wishes,
Terry Sutcliffe D.O.
Registered osteopath.
